Thomas A. Fulton, President and CEO of Epiphany Clubs, is recognized as a leading expert in the Luxury Resort Real Estate and Residence Club industries. Tom’s main focus has been the development and management of “comsumer-centric club products” and geographically diverse sales and marketing teams creating well over $400mm in actual closed sales.
Michael Bragg, Owner and principal of Decosa Construction, S.A. a Costa Rica corporation. As construction superintendent, Mr. Bragg and his company are intrumental in the planning and execution of the construction budget and schedule, the timely submittal of required applications, and the timely procurement of applicable permits and approvals for Ladera Del Mar.
