includes both American and Costa Rican businessmen with a variety of industry-specific skills in various areas of business including real estate investment, finance, and development, venture capitalism, stock and bond trading, and top-level management of listed Wall Street companies.
Included within this group is managing partner, Mr. Gregory J. Schubert, a member of the Urban Lands Institute and president of Greg Schubert & Associates, Inc., a U.S. corporation involved in real estate investment, management, planning, and development. The diversity of Mr. Schubert’s experience is represented in some of his more recent projects that include Canyon Crossings, a luxury residential community in exclusive Carefree, Arizona, the acquisition and redevelopment of the Casa Grande Outlet Mall into what is now the Palm Center Plaza, a major open-air retail shopping center in Casa Grande, Arizona, and the assemblage, master planning, and development of the Happy Valley Commerce Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. James Flach has a 35 year career in Information Technology including Vice President of Networks and the PC retail business at Intel. He also spent 17 years at Xerox as Vice President of Systems Engineering and VP of the Network Systems business. He has also enjoyed a 17 year career as a venture capitalist with Accel Partners. During that time Jim helped start many new companies and was CEO of 10 startups. Jim is winding down his venture career and is involved in charity work, real-estate development, and medical ventures.
